Les Maisons de Judith - Val Ferret Pra Sec
18 July 2026 - 23 August 2026
Under a Sky of Stars. Art Exhibitions and Cultures of the Celestial Space is a multi-venue exhibition project that brings together art, science, technology and visions of the future, exploring contemporary transformations of the cosmos and sky observation. Through artworks, installations, talks and in-depth events, the exhibition involves several locations across the Aosta Valley, conceived as stations within a single cultural journey.
Geographies of the Contemporary Cosmos. Art and Science to Imagine the Future
Set in the natural landscape of Val Ferret, the works of Michelangelo Pistoletto invite visitors to reflect on the relationships between humanity, nature, technology and space. An experience that combines contemplation of the landscape with imagination of the future.
The exhibition intertwines artistic vision and scientific research, addressing themes such as planetary consciousness, space missions and global image networks.
The section developed at Les Maisons de Judith brings together works by Michelangelo Pistoletto dedicated to the relationships between humanity, nature, technology, collective responsibility and a cosmic vision, including the permanent installation Third Paradise, Reintegrated Apple, Self-Portrait of Stars and Spac3, images from the project developed with ESA and ASI during astronaut Paolo Nespoli’s VITA mission.
