Under a Sky of Stars. Art Exhibitions and Cultures of the Celestial Space is a multi-venue exhibition project that brings together art, science, technology and visions of the future, exploring contemporary transformations of the cosmos and sky observation. Through artworks, installations, talks and in-depth events, the exhibition involves several locations across the Aosta Valley, conceived as stations within a single cultural journey.
Archaeologies of the Future Sky. Temporal Landscapes between Microcosm and Macrocosm:
The section hosted at the MegaMuseum in Aosta brings archaeology into dialogue with visions of the future, linking artefacts, matter and energy to major cosmological questions. The artworks reflect on deep time, the relationships between microcosm and macrocosm, and contemporary representations of the universe. The exhibition proposes a reading of the sky as a space of memory, research and imagination.
Featured artists: Angelo Bonello, Giuliana Cunéaz, Daniela Pellegrini, Michelangelo Pistoletto, Grazia Toderi, Gilberto Zorio.
