Pila is one of the most popular Alpine destinations for mountain bike enthusiasts.

The bike area extends from the 2,723-metre summit area of Stella di Pila down towards the outskirts of the city of Aosta, offering more than 130 km of trails and an impressive 2,100 metres of vertical descent. The routes follow the natural contours of the mountain, combining technical sections, fast-flowing stretches and spectacular views of the main peaks of the Aosta Valley.

The area features an easy trail, numerous intermediate routes and several more technical tracks designed for experienced riders, as well as dedicated e-bike trails and a cross-country circuit through the forest. The highlight of the bike park is its renowned downhill track, a former UCI World Cup course that remains a true challenge for downhill enthusiasts.

Thanks to its lift system, MTB rental services and specialised bike schools, Pila offers a complete two-wheeled experience combining adrenaline, nature and high-altitude scenery. The resort stands out for the variety of its trails and the quality of its outdoor experience, making it an ideal destination both for experienced riders and gravity disciplines, as well as for those approaching the world of mountain biking for the first time.
