The old bivouac, inaugurated in 1961, was replaced in 1995 and it is dedicated to the mountaineers Giorgio Rossi and Cesare Volante, who died in 1963 in Nepal. The bivouac was renovated in 2022.

Equipment: matresses, pillows, blankets, table, melting water.
