In the Cervino Valley, Torgnon is known as the “village of the sun” thanks to its favorable exposure. A short distance from the main square, there is a sports area offering a wide panoramic view over the valley and excellent natural light throughout the day.
The area is always open and freely accessible at any time. The available sports facilities include:
a synthetic tennis court;
a synthetic turf five-a-side football pitch, recently renovated, which can also be used as a tennis court by installing a net;
a basketball court, with a possible future conversion into a paddle court;
a boules court;
a beach volleyball court.
There is also a small children’s play area, currently being completed, equipped with a slide, playhouse, and table.
Complementing the facilities, a panoramic terrace has been created, where visitors can enjoy drinks and light meals, such as aperitifs, salads, and hamburgers, in an outdoor setting.
During the summer season, sports tournaments and evening events are organized.
