The hotel was reopened in June 2003, after its complete refurbishment. The hotel's rooms have panoramic views over the alpine arch.
Its furnishing are particularly well-thought-out, individually chosen for each room or communal area, with wooden floors, fittings and high quality furniture.

Châtillon - Saint-Vincent motorway exit. Turn right at the traffic lights at the junction immediately after the Chatillon - Saint-Vincent, A5 exit, and continue straight ahead towards the centre of Saint-Vincent. After the Grand Hotel Billia continue straight ahead towards the town centre. The Bijou Hotel is in the pedestrian area of Saint-Vincent's historical centre. Cars may access the hotel for loading and unloading of luggage: at the junction in front of the Casino (200 m into viable Piedmont), turn left onto via Marconi, follow the slightly uphill road for 300 m, turning left just as soon as the road starts to level off into the multi-level indoor car-park. Descend to the sixth basement level and leave the car. A thirty metre walk along a covered walkway will take you to the pedestrian area and the Hotel.
