Entirely renovated farmhouse situated on an upland plain, facing the splendid view crowning Aosta; the panorama spans from Fénis to Sarre , from Becca di Viou to the Ruitor glacier and the Gran Combin mountain range.
The holiday farmhouse is immersed in greenery, situated on a plateau; southwards it opens out towards the valley whilst towards the north it is surrounded by a large conifer forest, in which it is possible to admire alpine flora and fauna, its undergrowth rich with forest fruits and mushrooms.
The three Alpine-style apartments come with wooden furnishings, en-suite bathrooms with shower and offer a mountain-view balcony, a TV and an outdoor dining area.

Aosta Est motorway exit. Carry on towards Aosta, carry on along the full length of the busy road, ignore the signs on the right for the centre and carry straight on until you cross one roundabout and then another at the level of a large junction and the regional hospital.
Turn right here and take the strada statale (main road) 27 for Gran San Bernardo, carry on along it until, after approximately 2 km, close to the hotel Charaban, you come across the junction for Excenex, Arpuilles and other hamlets. Turn left and go uphill for approximately 4 km until you reach the hamlet of Arpuilles. Having reached the built-up area turn left towards Plan d'Avie and after approximately 1.5 km turn right and you will reach the vast upland plain where you will find the holiday farmhouse.
