The property is located in the town of La Salle a few meters from the historic center.
Il Portico is suitable for families, individuals, groups of friends and couples; the rooms have been built with wood panelling, floors and furniture to make the environment rustic like a cabin (mountain house), but welcoming and warm like a hotel room.
The expansive green area that can be used for sunbathing or for children to play in provides the house with an excellent view of Mont Blanc and the entire Alpine chain.
The proximity to the ski resorts of La Thuile (about 20 km), Courmayeur (about 12 km), the Mont Blanc cable car (about 18 km) and the Thermal Baths of Pré Saint Didier (about 6 km) make this structure the ideal place for a sporty and relaxing holiday.

For those arriving from Aosta:
Take the Morgex highway exit.
At the highway exit, turn right towards La Salle. At the roundabout in Le Pont, turn left towards the main town. Proceed towards the Town Hall. When you arrive in front of it, continue on for about 50 meters and turn right; the second house on the right is your destination.
For those arriving from Courmayeur:
Take the SS26, after about 1km from the junction for the Morgex highway, you reach the roundabout in Le Pont, turn left towards the main town. Proceed towards the Town Hall. Once you have arrived in front of it, continue on for about 50 meters and turn right; the second house on the right is your destination.

Servizio Pullman di linea fino a La Salle: direzione Aosta - Courmayeur e Courmayeyr - Aosta (circa 15 corse al giorno) fino al Piazzale Carral, proseguire a piedi fino in fondo al piazzale e girare a sinistra fino al cancello che trovate sulla vostra destra.
