In the winter, it’s a great starting point toward the nearby ski areas of Valtournenche, Breuil-Cervinia, Torgnon, and Chamois. Numerous outings in the Cervino Valley in the summer. Châtillon-Saint-Vincent motorway exit.
Turn right at the junction immediately after the Châtillon-Saint-Vincent motorway exit and after a few hundred metres, just before the centre of Saint-Vincent, take the right turning (directions for Cervinia), which, by means of an underpass, leads onto road 26 then continues towards Châtillon.
Follow the road for approximately one km as far as the roundabout
Continue for about 4 km to find the hydroelectric power station of Covalou and then turn left for the detour to the village of Chessin.
The nearest railway station is in Châtillon.
