A food festival dedicated to the “teteun”, a characteristic type of exquisite cold meat made from cow’s udders. It is processed and seasoned using a special procedure, which gives it consistency and a very particular kind of flavour.

Three days of fun, good food, music and dancing.

You can taste the various specialties of Teteun on Saturday evenings and Sundays.

Program

Friday, the 22nd:

7:30 p.m. - Bar opening, Valdoburger sandwiches and fries available
9:30 p.m. - Mobile disco party with DJ Doppio18, free entry
12:00 a.m. - Miss Teteun 2025 awards ceremony, free entry

Saturday the 23rd:

7:30 PM - Restaurant opening with various culinary specialties - new! mixed fried fish - followed by Valdoburger sandwiches
9:00 PM - Dance evening with the Aurelio Seimnadi and Veronica Cuneo Orchestra, admission €5

Sunday 24th:

* A day in the company of the Winged Messengers' birds of prey and the ponies of the Excenex farm
10:00 a.m. - Craft market in the town hall square, organized by the Gignod ADB

12:30 PM - Restaurant opening with various culinary specialties
3:00 PM - Afternoon dance with the Ragazzi del Villaggio, free admission
Until 3:45 PM - Creation Workshop by the Winged Messengers
4:00 PM - At the Gignod Town Hall: Presentation of the children's guide "Walking in the Aosta Valley" by the Casa di Sabbia Association
7:30 PM - Restaurant opening with various culinary specialties
9:30 PM - Closing dance evening with the Ragazzi del Villaggio, free admission
