NB - the program may undergo changes and will be defined in detail in May 2024

Friday
From 5 pm till 10 pm it is possible to walk along the itinerary touching upon more than 10 cellars situated in the main village of Cogne and in the neighbourhood. A free transfer is also available.

The stars of the show will be the region’s finest DOC label wines, the producers that produce them and the local food specialities.

“Cantine Gourmet” is a simple, natural, original experience, where drinking a glass of good wine comes naturally, as does respect for the cooperatives and their wine-growing vocation and admiration for the local speciality food products.

But there’s more… “Cantine Gourmet” also offers the chance to take a journey through the traditional local cuisine, sampling a range of specialities that illustrate the close links between the foods and the wines of the area.

Saturday
Cantine agricoles, guided tour, on foot or by bicycle, among the farms of the area and tasting of dairy products paired with Aosta Valley beers.

Sunday
Segreti stellati
, recipes for creative and tasty dishes with seasonal products, wild herbs, scents of the undergrowth and wines aged in mines.

On Saturday and Sunday it will also be possible to enjoy the thematic menus created for the occasion by the restaurants in Cogne participating in the initiative and paired with Aosta Valley labels at lunch and dinner. On reservation.
