Fëta di Trifolle (Potatoes festival)

This festival gives you the opportunity to taste culinary delights made from potatoes, including the delicacy Sorsa di Allein: a first course that obviously, as well as the potatoes, is cooked with stock, beans, green beans, carrots, pears, apples and black bread.

Friday, August 28 - Rencontre des Couscrits
- From 7:00 pm - throughout the evening - chips and rolls with porchetta and fontina cheese
- 10:00 pm - Mobile disco, free admission
- 1:00 am - Miss and Mister Coscritto 2026 election
Saturday, August 29
- 9:30 am - Registration for the fixed-pairs petanque competition with starting pool
- 10:00 am - Competition begins
- 12:30 pm - Restaurant opens with table service. Menu: tartiflette, gnocchi, shank, scallops, and fries.
- 2:30 pm - Belotte competition drawn by lot.
- 7:00 pm - Restaurant opens with table service. Potato-based menu.
- 9:30 pm - Evening with "Le Nostre Valli", Elisa Pisotti and Giorgia Foti will be present. Admission is €10.
Sunday, August 30
- 10:30 am - Holy Mass
- 12:30 pm - Restaurant opens with table service. Set menu featuring the traditional "Sorsa d'Allein."
- 3:00 pm - Pétanque competition drawn by lot "Trofeo Fëta di Trifolle"
- 3:30 pm - Afternoon dance with the "Erik é le Poudzo Valdoten"; children's games
- 7:00 pm - Restaurant opens with table service. Potato-based menu.
- 9:30 pm - Evening dance with the "Erik é le Poudzo Valdoten"
