For one evening, Étroubles, and its inhabitants recall the past times, fortunately not yet completely forgotten. In the typical streets of the village, the old agricultural professions are revived, related to agriculture, crafts, social life. There are also various dining options, lots of traditional live music and the parade of masks of the historical carnival of Coumba Freide.

  • 7:00 pm Opening of the tasting stalls offering seupetta and minestrone, and the refreshment area in the Town Hall square serving polenta, sausages and cheeses.
                     There will also be tasting stalls offering cream, raspberries and “merveille”.
    New this year: sandwiches with Prosciutto Crudo de Bosses PDO and grilled Saint-Oyen ham are served in the area adjacent to the pavilion.

  • 8.00 pm entertainment begins in the village streets with demonstrations of traditional crafts.

  • 10.30 pm dance evening with ‘Erik é le Poudzo Valdotèn’.
