On the occasion of the Jambon de Bosses Festival, “The King is Raw”, an open-air tasting dinner is organised.
A journey through the flavours of Valdostan products, including the inimitable Jambon de Bosses PDO, accompanied by Valdostan charcuterie products, a hot dish, trio of cheeses and dessert, all paired with quality wines.

During the event, the products tasted will be presented by the producers.
