The meals of the hotel restaurant are fresh and the dishes are prepared in order to maintain their original flavours and aromas. Our Chef personally chooses the ingredients for preparing the dishes, using as much as possible 0 km products. Particular attention is given to people with allergies or intolerances.
The winecellar offers italian and local wines, some of them from the so-called “heroic agriculture” (from vineyards cultivated on steep and complicated environments). The beer list suggests some new local beer and classical italian and international beers.
The restaurant dining room can be used for ceremonies and banquets, with space for dancing.
