La Jolie Bergère
Resorts: La Salle
TEMPORARILY CLOSED
Restaurant located inside the hotel of the same name.
Established in the 1950s as an inn for smugglers, who crossed the Col Serena from Switzerland, the Jolie Bergère has now become a historic place with an increasingly typical and characteristic trait. Mirror of the Aosta Valley tradition, it stands out for its innovative but typically genuine cuisine and for its intimate and familiar atmosphere. Characteristic of the dishes is the use of local products and wild herbs, directly chosen and collected by the Chef.
