Inside a real mountain dairy, stands the Bar à Fromage restaurant: a fireplace always lit, Bosses raw ham on display and a one-of-a-kind cheese trolley... This is the setting inside where conviviality and mountain tradition are served through dishes with an intense flavour that are hard to forget. Cheeses but not only, also lots of meat and fish from the small triticulture of Santino di Lillaz.
