The historic and unique restaurant is located in Emile Chanoux Square, in the heart of Aosta, and was inaugurated in September 2022. The starred restaurant and the renowned pastry shop bear the signature of Chef Paolo Griffa, who has always been an interpreter and supporter of Aosta Valley cuisine revisiting and reinterpreting it in a modern and creative way.
