The Hirondelle hotel's vegan restaurant offers a different tasting menu every evening. The "à la carte menu" has been abandoned because the restaurant believes in a cuisine that must be, above all, a sustainable and a quality cuisine, avoiding waste, by choosing seasonal and local products as much as possible, respecting the environment, people and animals.
Traditional Italian vegan appetizers, first courses, second courses, with some escape towards ingredients from other countries.
