The Refuge Ospizio Sottile’s cuisine joins the alpine culinary tradition, where all dishes are prepared with great care using local products. The cellar is very well-kept and unique, both in terms of wines and beers. It is the first refuge to have a craft beer cellar and exclusively natural wines.
