Farm restaurant La Vrille
An inviting farmhouse welcome in the heart of Valle d’Aosta.
Located in the centre of the region, facing south, at an altitude of 650 m a.s.l., the restaurant offers splendid views of Mont Avic and Mont Emilius, as well as enjoying plenty of sunshine all year round.
La Vrille is a small company but equipped with everything, with hens, sheeps, geese, rabbits, a vegetable garden with greenhouses, vineyards and orchards. The cuisine is at “zero centimetre” and coherent, where each ingredient comes from its own garden and from the territory through a careful selection of small Aosta Valley producers.
The traditional cuisine, revisited by the creative flair of the managers, follows the rhythm of the seasons… the homemade pasta and the skilful use of local aromatic herbs, combined with a selection of 12 different peppers from all over the world, make the dishes particularly interesting and original.
